Terms of Service
These terms apply to companies that use the platform to manage employee transport, to their authorised users, and to visitors of this website. A signed order form or master agreement with your company takes priority where it differs from these terms.
The service
The platform provides software for roster sync, AI route planning, live trip tracking, safety alerts, vendor billing, an employee app, a driver app and transport reporting.
We do not own, operate or supply cabs, drivers or escorts. Transport is provided by the cab vendors your company appoints, under your company's contracts with them.
Accounts and access
- Your company is responsible for who it invites as users and which roles they hold.
- Login details must be kept confidential. Tell us promptly if you think an account has been misused.
- Login credentials sent after signup are for the person who signed up and their company only.
Company responsibilities
- Setting safety rules such as escort requirements, drop order and maximum ride time that match your policies and the law.
- Reviewing and approving route plans before dispatch.
- Staffing a security team or command centre to respond to SOS and safety alerts.
- Making sure you have the right to share employee and driver data with us, and that employees are informed about trip tracking.
- Ensuring your vendors verify drivers and vehicles and keep documents current.
Safety features
SOS, deviation, long-stop and reached-home features are tools that alert your nominated people. They support, and do not replace, emergency services or your own security procedures. Alerts depend on mobile network coverage and device availability, which are outside our control.
Fees and billing
Fees are charged per employee using transport per month, according to your plan, and are billed in advance for the agreed term. Taxes are extra. Cab charges are billed by your vendors, not by us.
Vendor Billing calculates amounts payable from trip data and the contracts you enter. Your company remains responsible for checking and paying vendor invoices.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform to track people outside company transport trips.
- Do not attempt to access data belonging to another company or vendor.
- Do not reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the service.
- Do not upload unlawful content or data you are not allowed to share.
Data
Your company owns its transport data. We use it only to provide and improve the service for you and as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data during the term and for 30 days after it ends.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available around the clock, with planned maintenance scheduled outside peak shift transport hours where possible. Support levels depend on your plan.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of cab vendors, drivers or escorts. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid for the service in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the service
Either side may end the service as set out in your plan or agreement. We may suspend access if fees remain unpaid after notice, or immediately if use of the service puts people or data at risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and Indian courts have jurisdiction, unless your agreement says otherwise.
