What it does

Reports built from trips, not spreadsheets.

Every figure links back to the trips behind it, so anyone can check a number before they quote it.

Seat use

Safety log

Trust and safety

Numbers you can defend

Reports are only useful if people trust them.

  • Every total drills down to the trips behind it
  • Definitions for on-time, seat use and cost are written into each report
  • Historic figures do not change when contracts or rules are updated later
Questions

About Transport Reports

Can we define on-time our own way?
Yes. Set the grace window for pickups and drops per shift. Reports use your definition and show it on the report.
Can reports be split by cost centre?
Yes. Cost centres come from your roster or HRMS sync and carry through to billing and reports.
How far back does data go?
For as long as your retention policy keeps it. Most teams keep at least a full financial year for audits.
Can vendors see their scorecard?
You can share a vendor's own scorecard with them from their vendor view, without exposing other vendors' figures.
